If your Group has 2-50 Employees:

The ERC Health small business alliance is for companies with 2 to 50 employees. The program can be accessed throughout Northeast and Central Ohio and the greater Cincinnati region. The program, underwritten by UnitedHealthcare, includes more than 20 small group health plans to choose from, a provider network which includes all major regional health systems, and competitive rates.

 

If your Group has 51 or more Employees:

ERC Health has consistently and significantly beat the market relative to annual premium rate adjustments for middle market employers. This year nearly 75% of participating organizations received single-digit rate adjustments, no increase, or rate reductions up to 10%. This fully-insured program, underwritten by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, provides participating employers the tools necessary to reduce claims and manage health insurance costs.
