Onsite Health Coaching

ERC Health looks for ways to offer our member companies access to innovative and result oriented programs and resources. Our onsite health coaches COME TO THE WORKSITE on a regular basis and provide face to face coaching with employees. The onsite health coaches bring together employees with the resources provided by ERC Health, Anthem, the employer, and the community. Companies are eligible to have onsite health coaching once they have been in the ERC Health program for 2 or more years.

Services include:

• kick off meetings to introduce the coach to the employees
• pro-active coaching which consists of one-on-one 3-5 minute interactions with employees to deliver educational, awareness building, promotional and motivational materials
• health metric testing of blood pressure and body composition
• personal risk coaching initiated by employees who are ready to change and provides personalized, one-on-one and face to face coaching
