ERC Health provides Anthem’s Healthy Lifestyles program to all employees and adult dependents enrolled in the ERC Health Anthem plans. ERC Health and Anthem were able to provide this program because of the leverage of the ERC Health pool. This is another example of how the ERC Health program provides its member companies with health management resources not usually available to middle market companies.

What is Healthy Lifestyles?

Healthy Lifestyles is a comprehensive health and wellness program that encourages healthy lifestyle adoption and behavior change. The program provides self-directed tools and resources focusing on key behaviors that include exercise, weight management, nutrition and stress management.
