Beginning December 3, 2007, you should manage your health benefit administration (eligibility, billing and reporting) online with Employer eServices ®. The website is www.EmployereServices.com. On this site, you can review and manage:

Enrollment/Eligibility
Billing information and payment
Medical benefit information
Pharmacy drug card services
Notification status

Beginning with your January 2008 invoice, please access that information on this website. You should receive an email letting you know that your invoice is ready in approximately 2 weeks. If you have any questions about this website, please contact the customer service for benefit administrators at 1-888/842-4571.
