Each ERChealth member company has a dedicated wellness consultant assigned to them for total program support. Wellness consultants provide support and guidance in developing wellness plans, setting goals, and tracking progress.

Anthem Health Guides

ERChealth member companies have access to Anthem Health Guides, a concierge service that helps guide employees through the sometimes confusing health care system. Health Guides can help employees stay on top of exams, tests, or preventive screenings, compare costs of health care services, find in-network doctors, and much more.

ERChealth App

The ERChealth app allows employers to engage employees and provide personalized communication. Employees can access wellness programming, peer challenges, and education modules all from within the app.

Aggregate Biometric Report & Evaluation

Aggregate biometric reporting and evaluation is a powerful tool that can be used to improve overall employee health. By collecting and analyzing biometric data, organizations can get a much clearer picture of the overall health of their employees. This information can then be used to design or evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellness programs.

A program designed for individuals interested in improving their health and wellness, with optional coaching for those interested in losing weight or tobacco cessation.

We have been ERChealth members for nearly 15 years. We continue coming back year after year because ERChealth members can earn between 2% to 5% off their renewal. So, if let’s say, we have a 10% renewal, we earn the 5% credit by participating in certain required programs. We would only have a 5% renewal because they would credit us back that 5% that we earned through the programs. On average, we historically have earned at least a 3% credit.
